IXPS foam is a new surfboard core material, it is developed from extruded polystyrene (XPS), it has excellent physical propertied, developed our engineers through more than 3 years, solves the problem of delamination problem due to temperature changes. We have applied this inventive patent technique. It is recyclable foam and a more environment-friendly material for surfboard.

Bright white rigid foam
Closed cell , completely consistent density
No delaminating, more wide temperature range than traditional XPS foam.
More durable, lighter, flexible than PU or EPS foam.
It is a recyclable and more environmental friendly material.
No water absorption and absorbs less resin.
More high strength-to ¨Cweight ratio than traditional PU or EPS foam, the short boards need not fiberglass , the fun boards just need 1*60z or 1*40z fiberglass on the top and bottom. It will greatly reduce the weight of surfboards.
